Check in is very unreliable the system is terrible the lady’s in the front desk very unprofessional seems like they get a lot of new hires here and all the other nurse that are here must not care very much as well waited over 30 min for discharge papers apparently my child’s chart doesn’t pop out in all there computer as the said in the reason it took so long I might have just gone to the hospital seems like there they would be more on top of their patients and their service

Worst customer service, my daughter sick needs to see the doctor, after two attempts to be there early we got number 5 in the line online but they cancelled it and called us saying last arrival 11:15 pm we got there 11:22 and the receptionist said we can’t see more patients , I told her who said that ? We had a great experience here! I was skeptical at first due to past reviews, but we had our first visit here last night and it was nothing but great service. This was the only urgent care open at the time I needed to bring my son in, and so I put myself on a waitlist online, it was about an hour wait so we waited at home until the time came closer. someone called me about 10 min after asking for some information to check in and told us we could come in! took us about 15 min to get there and maybe another 5 in the waiting ro... read more
