horrible place. our visit took 4-5 hours, I had paid $40 in the urgent care then I got a bill for $195.95. my insurance shows that my part should be $195.95, when I called CHOC for clarification they told me the initial $40 is facility charges (I don't know what this mean). so for their horrible service I have to pay $235.95, my daughter had cold
Due to extremely long wait, I had to cancel the appointment. It should not be called “urgent care”. Otherwise I know the clinic is good if your urgency can wait 6-7 hours
Still shocks me how bad the experience was here, not once not twice not even 3 times they tired putting an IV on my brother, missing everytime causing them to repeatedly poke my brother with needles on his hand and inner elbow. It didn't seem like a single one of them knew what they were doing but their doctors, professional, of course they knew what they were doing.
