Staff was friendly and I was there for donating blood which was difficult to find the area and a place to park but why it's a 2 star is I think it's disrespectful/disgraceful to charge for parking when you are there to donate and help them with being low on blood. I was there to help their center with blood and get charged to give? Just is not right if you ask me. Policy needs to change for those donating.
They only take kids here that's why I love choc. The place has bgg video games, books and a play area for kids waiting to be seen. It seems every time I come they have something hi ring new. My kids love to wait for the appointment. Doctors are knowledgeable and patient.
