The people who answer the phones are extremely rude and condescending They make it feel like I’m asking for a favor instead of simply requesting information THEY ARE PAID to provide. This is therapy for my child and parents have every right to ask questions without being spoken to disrespectfully ***It’s frustrating to be treated this way when families like ours are the reason this clinic has patients in the first place!!!!!
Absolutely impossible to schedule an appointment. And I say this as a healthcare provider myself. Every time I tried to call back the person who left me a voicemail, I would spend at least 7 min just clicking buttons to get through the awful repetitive phone tree. Never spoke to a real person. I followed all prompts ended up where you are asked to state the specialty you are seeking. The robot voice doesn’t recognize “physical therapy.” And eventually just hangs up on you. Good luck if you are able to get a hold on the customer service for the schedule. You have to stay all day on the hold and if they answered you, they speak too fast to get rid of you. I am a mother of special needs, we need help not hassle. Disappointing.
We have been trying multiple times to schedule my daughter’s second speech therapy session at Irvine Rehabilitation Services. Unfortunately, every time we call, we are told there are no available appointments. This makes it very difficult for families like ours who rely on these services for our child’s development.
