Waited for 2 months for this visit. There was an accident on the freeway. We called and told the Office we will be slightly late. We were 2min late and Doctor refused to see us! We were 2 min late!. Have some compassion and be a human. Hey Zavari your not that imporant.
There was a bad accident on the freeway, one that had us only two minutes late and we did call to let them know that there was an accident.The doctor then refused to see us and the appointment was cancelled. No consideration for their patients at all. Only two minutes late.
If I could I will give no stars. Four years ago my daughter was denied an MRI I asked for because the neurologist that saw her made the bad diagnosis of saying it was all anxiety. Four years later and my girl has scars scatter throughout her brain. This dr never apologized to my girl for her bad decision and for prohibiting my girl from getting just one MRI. The worst neurologists in Southern California for pediatrics ever! I can’t believe that we supposedly have a hospital for kids that do not put their kids first. Everyone is a number. If your so. Or daughter have epilepsy go to a private physician do not rely on CHOC neurology, you might be waiting for a decade to get any answers! I’m sorry but children with epilepsy are not priority and are not cared for!
