They have a new system there the rep took over 15 mins to pass two other people in and we told to reschedule when we were on time. This is so heartbreaking as my child is in current pain. I don't understand these people I don't want to come back ever if this is the hands my child will be in how many mistakes can rep make and she translated arbitration in Spanish incorrectly to another parent and the parent signed off on it.
