This is gonna be the 5th day I tried calling this center to get an appt for my son, they never answer! When are you guys gonna pick up the phone?? Someone has got to do something!
I came here when I was 16 with a serious urinary problem. They dragged the process on with useless uroflows and medication for 2 whole years. They refused to let me see the doctor so I only saw nurses and the condition kept getting worse. Now I'm 18 and going to another urology center. My condition is terrible and life-long now. It could have been prevented if they took me seriously they kept doing infection tests, uroflows and feedback for like the 12th time even though it was obvious it didn't show anything. then the next ... read more
