Dr. Mary Jane Prioutek’s conduct during our visit was deeply disappointing and fell far short of the level of professionalism we expected. After waiting several hours to be seen, we were met with a condescending and dismissive tone that left us feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. Very professional caring facility. Number one in my book.
I see a lot of low ratings but i think this place is amazing. The nurses do their best to get everyone right away. The wait times depends on how busy it is, or if they're understaffed. This is not urgent care or a basic appointment that takes 30min to an 1hr. I've been here a few times and I am mentally prepared to spend a few hours here because you never know how long it'll take!
