My experience last night with my daughter at the CHOC emergency room was atrocious. I would consider maybe giving 2 stars because the volunteers in the waiting room were lovely. The staff to check in were clearly overwhelmed yet they were also very nice. The nurse and triage tech were also great, engaging with my daughter, actually talking to her like she was a person. If it was possible i would have given zero or even negative, terrible experience, rude staff and with zero level of responsibility, they prioritized the patient the way they wanted, more than 5 hours waiting at very nasty facilities, zero out of 10, next time won’t even think about here, last time I called them and the operator changed my mind and said hey, here is so busy you better to go somewhere else I should have got her advice for this time too.
