WE NEED YOUR HELP! On March 12, 2019 my 10 week old who is now 15 Weeks was admitted to CHOC Children’s Hospital of Orange County. He has been here for 35 days and is not getting better. Since day 1 when he was transferred via helicopter; we always felt that the CHOC children’s ambulance and transport team had collapsed our sons airway and when he was admitted there after 8 failed intubation attempts; (because they didn’t have the correct intubation equipment for an infant my sons size) he hasn’t been able to leave. Every ... read more

My son was in the hospital back in Nov 2015. We were all treated very well and the staff was amazing. Even though they kept interrogating us on how where and when he started his symptoms I know they were just looking for his best interest. And, they did an awesome job!!!! Though I don't ever want to be back there ever again overall I'm pleased with their services.

Awful!!! Really ? I had been waiting 2 1/2 hours with my son with difficulty breathing, the vitals were taken pretty fast, and gave him Motrin for slight fever, and then bumped us back to the penance room, the waiting room, when I heard a lady she waited 71/2 hours, I thought, hell no! I am going home I am not spending the night here in this disaster area! I will never be back! Oh no!

Im giving this a four out of five because i did not consider the ER problem. Overall, this place has amazing service towards all visitors. Surgeries are on schedule. Cannot speak on behalf of ER because i have never experienced it at this facility.
