Warning - Avoid Nick Chobey Nick Chobey can talk a good game but don't trust a word he says. Worst contractor in town. Short temper and hot-headed. Liar beyond belief! Has NO knowledge of city permits - Nick told me all his customers filed their own permits (which isn't even possible). Led me on for a month about getting permits (which he couldn't acquire) after he lost his temper with Dean's Plumbing and Dean's turned my home project into the city. Ask his vendors to change the prices on his reciept to get more money out of you, he will use the line, "cost plus ten percent" when he has already marked it up from wholesale to above retail! Would not refer to anyone!
