Love coming here. The people working here are great. You can pick up 24hrs early, only condition is that today's orders are filled first. There's a lot in the back where there's a big lot to park in. Dogs are welcome here, just not in the office. In the office... a bathroom, coffee machine, and drink/snack machines. Edit: yard guys request trailers be dropped high. Their trucks sit 3-6 inches higher than ours.
Overnight Parking/Empty & Loaded Trailer Dirt Lot Or Lot B Next to Dirt Lot Entrance. NO TRUCK STOPS AROUND! Park in the staging area, across from docks. Walk over to Shipping/Receiving Office next to Dock 1 and check in. I arrived at 6:30pm for my drop n hook appointment tomorrow at 10am-11:59pm, office said instead of me being a drop n hook it will be a live load tomorrow at 6am. Very bad place
I think they used to be better and more organized. The clerk at night won’t call you when it’s time to go to a door. You have to keep going to the office and check. You also can’t call anymore to check on your load, you have to go there in person. The daytime clerk is great though.
Worst place to pick up. They call you to go to a dock and you go there and waiting for hours nobody is loading you. I wish I could give zero star
