They have you check in on an app, which is fine, but it doesn’t provide any clear direction about what to do. When you try to ask someone for clarification or help they are super rude they expect that you have been here before and know everything. Especially the girl in the shipping office Theresa. We all know what facility's are bad and don't respect driver. Lets start boycotting them. No matter how much money you getting paid for the freight / load and the will figure it very soon how to treat driver. But our problem is we keep servicing them
very very lengthy unloading, meaning hours and hours!!!! ZERO RESPECT FOR DRIVRS TIME!!!!
