terrible plan management and poor jobsite comprehension, by far the worst contractor to run jobs and just simply not good enough.
Great Work Done on UNC Charlotte’s Campus !
They did a botched job at the Cypress of Charlotte. The elevator it's always out of service and it makes strange noises throughout the day, the sink nozzles are too long so you end up washing your hands outside of the sink spilling water on the floor, they messed up the showers water runs all in the floor no shower floor guard, the ceiling caved in 2 weeks ago and the completion of the project hasn't even been a whole 2 months.
