Went for a 2pm appointment for a wash, cut, style. Sat for 20 minutes watching the stylist I booked put extensions in someone's hair. It did not look close to done so I finally gave up waiting. Looked like she double booked and took the appointment that would be more profitable. Will not go back there again.

Visiting in the area. I called to get some information but totally discouraged on going in with the way the front desk spoke to me

I had an appointment and was 10 minutes early. I sat and waited, no one was at the front to check me in. After about 25 minutes of waiting, another hairdresser asked who I was waiting for and I told her assuming she would let my hairdresser know I was waiting . My appointment was at 2 and at 2:35 I was approached asking if I was someone else. I told her was her 2:00 appt but her 2:30 was already there. Heather was amazing. Listened to what I wanted and saw what was needed. Very refundable reasonable pricing. I found my new salon!
