I went today to get my hair cut for the first time in 5 years. I got a terrible haircut 5 years ago and decided to let it grow out so it would be mostly one length, my hair was almost to my rear end. My stylist, Angela, was wonderful! I walked in wanting a new style and color. She gave me a consultation, listening patiently before sharing options. She did a beautiful job with my highlights, cutting, and styling my hair. I love it!
Went for a 2pm appointment for a wash, cut, style. Sat for 20 minutes watching the stylist I booked put extensions in someone's hair. It did not look close to done so I finally gave up waiting. Looked like she double booked and took the appointment that would be more profitable. Will not go back there again.
Visiting in the area. I called to get some information but totally discouraged on going in with the way the front desk spoke to me
