I had an appointment and was 10 minutes early. I sat and waited, no one was at the front to check me in. After about 25 minutes of waiting, another hairdresser asked who I was waiting for and I told her assuming she would let my hairdresser know I was waiting . My appointment was at 2 and at 2:35 I was approached asking if I was someone else. I told her was her 2:00 appt but her 2:30 was already there. Susan Hutto is my hair stylist. She's absolutely wonderful. Always does a phenomenal job on my cut and color. Between her amazing skill level and her beautiful soul, I leave her chair feeling like a million bucks, every single time. I highly recommend Susan!
