Dr.Win. is a great Dr.. Some of her staff is very effecient.However whom ever is suppose to send meds in to be filled is not . I have been waiting 3 days and my pharmacy has not received anything. Now this person called me to let me know she was sending a new script in Dr.Win had ordered. I called my pharmacy once again Saturday,still has not received anything. This is not acceptable.

All of the folks up to and including Dr. Win are super nice in addition to being professional. I do not believe that I have ever been in a doctor's office with this much hospitality. Not only are they personable and welcoming but they also offer bottled water and snacks to patients (and spouses or caretakers) in the waiting room.
