-negative zero review! Blue Shield asked us to call this physician to schedule an appointment as the referral provided was not valid. Upon calling this office, explaining the matter 4 times, we were refused service/appointment because they could not find the COVID vaccine card! Asked us what state the vaccine was administered, and we stated California! Still, no appointment and no opportunity to send them a copy of proof of vaccine! What kind of physician office is this??!!!

Came in October doctor wrote me a prescription that according to the pharmacy was outdated by almost 2 years (clinic should have updated the form). Prescriptions are supposed to be valid for 6 months and it was not nearly 6 months time since the prescription was written. Pharmacy tried to contact doctors office but no response, so I called to ask the office to write the prescription again but on a new form. Should've been a simple fix. I really enjoyed my visit felt I gave him all my health issues and he check everything I feel I made a good decisions to change isurance and I received a good doctor ! Last doctor had me going all over and they did everything there FPS good results
