Visited Dr Cho for awful congestion and after multiple steroid treatments. She spent a total of four minutes with me of which three was spent typing on her computer. She prescribed more steroids after admitting she could not see the problem. The next month after no improvement I visited another ENT who immediately referred me to UTSW where I was treated for a rare malignancy with multiple surgeries and radiation. Excellent experience with Dr Cho. Highly recommend!
She advertises that she does sleep medicine. I went to her for sleep apnea. I already had a prescription for ambien, which I explained would need refilled/renewed the following month. She said no problem. The next month when I called to get the script sent to my pharmacy, her assistant called me back and said that she would fill it this ONE time, but that she was not going to refill any more. I would have to find a different doc. Why advertise you are sleep medicine if you aren't going to.
