Refuses to actively listen to patients regarding their care.
Very dismissive to my family during a very vulnerable time.
I only put a star because I can not post without putting something. So, Being in this field you have to have compassion for the patients. It was no compassion. It’s just like they were “just there” because it was their job. They didn’t listen to anything that the patience family requested for the better of the patient. Horrible! I am not pleased at all.
