Bad service. No follow through. Person I spoke to in respiratory was not helpful. Bad attitude for no reason. Not sure what the problem is. There should be more companies available for help if you need it and not the unacceptable conversation I just had. Please be aware

My daughter is in bed and needs diapers they were ordered on 12th July.it is now the 26th and they have not arrived. I have had to order from amazon so we don't run out. I still have not talked to the right person.

This is an evil, predatory operation. CHME sent a mobility-impaired friend of mine to collections for owing $175 on a $1700 wheelchair. That’s evil to begin with. When I heard about it, I paid the $175 to the collection agency myself, though the friend had not asked for help. 25 days after I sent the check, CHME is still harassing the victim for the money that I paid.

Never showed up. Patient had to sleep sitting upright. Never return call. Answering service is worse than the company itself. .

Wow where do I start!? Linda was not helpful at all she was very rude when asking about a wheelchair part that she had lost. I received a letter saying she got the part and to call her. Literally 8,9 months later . I ordered it from them in January. Now my wheelchair is broken . Still waiting for the part going on 1 1/2 year now . This business need to get shut down if they don’t want yo help the disabled.
