I have a monthly order for incontinence supplies I normally receive around the 1st week of every month, however, after at least 4 phone calls trying to ask why the delay, I have just received my order for June, very very poor customer service. I also have a questioned in the same numerous calls about an additional supply needed for a colonoscopy of 20 pull-ups. THE WORST PLACE TO GET YOUR OXYGEN SUPPLY FROM. THEY WILL LEAVE YOU HANGING DRY. YOU BETTER GET ANOTHER SUPPLIER. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
Bad service. No follow through. Person I spoke to in respiratory was not helpful. Bad attitude for no reason. Not sure what the problem is. There should be more companies available for help if you need it and not the unacceptable conversation I just had. Please be aware
My daughter is in bed and needs diapers they were ordered on 12th July.it is now the 26th and they have not arrived. I have had to order from amazon so we don't run out. I still have not talked to the right person.
