I have a monthly order for incontinence supplies I normally receive around the 1st week of every month, however, after at least 4 phone calls trying to ask why the delay, I have just received my order for June, very very poor customer service. I also have a questioned in the same numerous calls about an additional supply needed for a colonoscopy of 20 pull-ups.
