I purchased a unit almost 5 years ago. It ran fantastic for the first 3 years before it started giving me trouble. I tried getting someone to work on it to no avail. Now the unit quit working at all. I had to start using tablets. If I knew I couldn’t get it fixed I would not have purchased it.
Great product. Makes the water shine...so crystal clear. The unit is a very cool design and fits well in the backyard...almost sculptural
My young children are normally somewhat adverse to swimming because they dislike the burning sensation and slimy feeling you get from swimming in a pool heavily treated with chemicals (which is basically most pools these days), but with the Chlorine Genie they want to stay in the pool for hours with no tears. Great product and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to really enjoy their pool.

I have been so spoiled swimming in water sanitized by the Chlorine Genie....sparkling crystal clear water... no more green hair or ruined swimsuits...no harsh chlorine smell... and the kids can open their eyes underwater without them getting all red and irritated. The water feels so soft on my skin and I don't feel like I have to take a shower when I get out of the pool. The only problem is now I hate swimming in regular pools...thanks for spoiling me Chlorine Genie!

First let me say I love the Genie but they sold me a Genie that was known to have leaking problems and they way to resolve it is to give me a discount on a newer model. I don't think that is right.
