We are first time pool owners and had no clue how to clean our pool. We hired Chlorine Coast to come help us out and they did a tremendous job cleaning our pool for the first time since we closed on our house. They send you an email with your pool stats after cleaning each week and a breakdown of what they did. Customer service is great and the price is very reasonable. Definitely recommend them!
I've used these guys for a few months. I logged two previous complaints with the owner prior to today hoping they would get their act together as I'd rather go with a local company rather than a corporate one. I sit in my office which is right off the pool, so I can see what they are doing. They continually did not check the filter pump, clean out that basket or brush the walls or add chemicals, although their report emailed to me said they did. I wouldn’t trust any other company to clean our pool. John and his team are great. Our pool has never looked better and the customer service is top notch! Our pool is crystal clear and running perfectly thanks to them!
John was so professional and knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to us. My husband loved how sparkling clean our pool was when he was done. We will definitely use Chlorine Coast again and in the future and we will recommend him to our neighbors, family and friends!
