Chloe's salon is such a fun place to go to get the perfect hair cut and color. I went to Chloe based off recommendations on Facebook and she is an absolute natural when it comes to doing blonde hair. I love my blonde to be bright and golden with a fine weave. She makes my hair look natural and beautiful. The other ladies at the salon are so sweet, and I love that Chloe and her mom do the business together.
