I called on the last day and needed an arrangement for tomorrow. Joy took care of me, assuring me it would be delivered to the remote location we were staying. Joy sent me a message to confirm delivery. When we arrived, everything was just as expected. The arrangements were beautiful, the snack basket was full of good stuff, and my wife was delighted with all of it. Thank you for helping this last-minute mope. You saved our anniversary.

This business is in violation of Maine Law Title 9-A M.R.S. § 8-509 that prohibits business from charging a fee for paying with credit cards or debit cards. As the law states, "Surcharge prohibited. A seller in a sales transaction may not impose a surcharge on a cardholder who elects to use a credit card or debit card in lieu of payment by cash, check or similar means."
