I was travelling from Mississippi to bring my grandson back home to Marietta, Georgia a few weeks ago, when I realized that I was past-due for an oil change. I stopped in at Chloe's Auto Repair and got my oil changed, plus a much needed alignment also. I took my car here as it needed major service(100,000 miles) before we went on a family vacation. I was blown away by the entire store. The staff was knowledgeable, and courteous, and offered on many occasions to take me in the back to show me exactly what they were observing with my car... but that wasn’t the best part at all. I had my oil changed and brakes checked. Everyone was thorough and professional. The facility was clean and comfortable.
Such an amazing alternative to the "normal auto shop experience" so clean, such nice welcoming staff. I felt comfortable, cared for and respected.
I was so impressed with Chloe's! The mechanics were very thorough and honest in the work that needed to be done. The fact that they have a playroom for my kids to play in while we waited is a huge plus! The facility was clean and super comfortable.
