Chloe Norris is a joke. She wouldn't refill my meds for my depression and did this to a friend of mine who tried commiting suicide cause of her. I am unable to afford the Dr visit I pay out of pocket and she literally doesn't care. I am pretty sure Doctors swear an oath to Help people if they can. She can she is just money hungry. This is why you have so much mental illiness not treated $$$$$$ is all they care abouT. Chloe " some people are so poor Al they have is money" I feel sorry for you
