Everyone raves about Chloe’s but my experience was a bit disappointing. When I arrived they sat me down quickly (I had an appointment). They took off my gel and put acetone with tinfoil on my nails. Then, the lady stepped away and left it on me for 40 minutes. Definitely not good for your nails or skin, it was so itchy. I tried to remain patient but it was unbearable. Best in the Bay Area. I’ve been to countless nail salons for everything from dip to gel and gel x. The quality and customer service at Chloe’s has made me a return customer for the last two years. Hannah T is my go to girl, but everyone there is talented. The atmosphere in the spa is warm and friendly, and I’ve enjoyed relaxing in their new massage chairs.
