Quick version to whoever is in charge of CHKD Thrift chain: if you’re not making enough money, the solution isn’t raising prices. You’ll sell two pairs of Levi’s at $7.99 each before you sell one pair for $14.99 and you’ll have more rack space. I was literally SCREAMED at by an employee named Debra because I accidentally knocked over some dvds. There were so many on the shelves that you couldn't even get one out which is why they fell over. She repeatedly yelled at me and embarrassed me in front of the whole store. I've never been treated so rudely by a stranger before and this location will never get another penny from me!
Oh how they have fallen. I used to love to come here with my family but this last trip was just not it. It smelled like marijuana, which is always a turn off, but what really got us was the rude (I am guessing) manager. She was a smaller, older lady but had a big attitude with the younger gentleman working. If this is what the store has to offer now, then I wouldn’t recommend a single soul coming here. 2/2/2025.
