This location knowingly had stolen property in their store and when confronted about said property, refused to release it to the proper owner without purchasing it from CHKD. As mentioned in other reviews, these items are donated at no cost to them. The rightful organization’s information was on this item and they did not contact anyone. Shameful.
Today at 5PM the white skinny female cashier with glasses was so rude. My wife and I bought one item, and the cashier said that I can pick it up if I get off of my phone. I ignored her and continued walking. Then she called after me and told me that I'm mean. Workers should not talk to customers like that. Update: Today, March 26, 2025, a short lady worker told us that from now on, just for future, we don't do split payments. She didn't want to do the extra step. What is up with this place?
Just left this store and received THE WORST customer service from the Store Manager, Teresa. I come to the store every week and as always, I stop by the jewelry counter to check out the jewelry and brooches. I seen a few items that caught my interest. I asked Teresa to come over there to pull them out for me. I show her around 10 different items to pull out that I were interested in. NO OTHER CUSTOMERS were waiting to checked out or help.
