Overall the store is well kept and organized. The staff is friendly but the pricing is out of touch and they need to realize this. people in charge of pricing are just trying to sell it for what they see on eBay.... 9x13 casserole dish for $19. a used fisher price car ramp will never sell for $14.98 Stop trying to sell dollar tree items for 0.99 when they cost 1.25 brand new If they don't adjust prices accordingly they won't move inventory. No one will buy an ikea high chair used for what it costs brand new in store.

Absolutely foul to hear an employee discussing a stuffed toy that had been mistakenly donated by a child who returned to the store to try and purchase it back, but evidently it wasn’t tagged yet so they couldn’t sell it to her. The employee said “ I felt like a villain”. You are a villain! Why wouldn’t you give the toy back to the child? Isn’t the mission of this particular chain of thrift stores to help children?
