Good place to find treasures.
When we came in today we were greeted by the cashier, and informed that my partner wasn't allowed to wear his hood in the store. We completely understand policy, however, due to my partners disability, it is simply not possible to forego the hood. His eyes are extremely sensitive to the LED lights, which can cause debilitating migraines after prolonged exposure. What was once a place I loved and relied on has become driven by greed. Prices have become astronomical in recent months, with items clearly being researched online to extract every possible dollar from donations that were given for free. It feels predatory and deeply disappointing. Thrift stores were meant to be accessible, and now many people can no longer afford them.
