I recently went to look for a sofa table. I thought I was in luck because a lady was putting out multiple of them as I was walking up to the area. I noticed NONE of them were priced. When I asked her "Hi, could you tell me the price of these." She immediately acted offended and stated "we are just putting these out and I haven't priced them yet, it's gonna be a while, so you're gonna have to wait". Very small, not much stuff but books are very cheap. I like how they support the local hospital but they use kroger plastic bags to bag their stuff.
In the past month, i have probably donated fifteen bags of gently used clothes to this location. All three times the workers have been incredibly rude to me. If i am taking the time to donate my items to your establishment, I am helping your mission, and I don’t appreciate encountering attitude every time I go. I used to shop here all the time but I don’t think I’ll be returning because of the lack of customer service and charitable outlook
I am a frequent shopper here and I has come very apparent to me that there is an employee there. I think her name is Areal that is the most helpful. pleasant person I have encountered in a retail setting. A real bonus to your store and me for shopping there.
