I will say I loved the PT we saw but the scheduling and billing department are very shady. I have been fighting with them since August. My son sees lots of specialist and had to see one of the other ones at the time he normally went to PT they said the canceled it out . Fast forward to September/Oct they start billing me. I have been dealing with the run around since. They give me different numbers and names to talk to every time and no one calls me back. These Pediatric Specialists should be also located in the city of Hampton. I spend more time and gas traveling to NN for my children’s appointments. Step it up CHKD the demand is growing in Hampton. Please look into locations for all if not most services for the kids in Hampton.
