We had the best experience ever with our visit today! My son absolutely loved Debbie. She was so kind patient and understanding. She took the time to really help him understand his personal journey. He left feeling positive and encouraged! Thank you Debbie Anderson, best PNP ever!
My daughter's appointment was for 2:45. The automated service told us to show up by 2:25. We got there 1 minutes early. It is now almost 3 and no one has come to bring her to the back. Needless to say, we're leaving. Now if this was the other way around our appointment would have been cancelled. Do better.
Front desk woman was super rude, not warm at all, back staff is horrible not gentle or compassionate with newborns. As a newly postpartum mother I think it is ridiculous for my baby to be screaming and me not be able to pick her up and comfort her. Billing is ridiculous and they will make you pay in full for your newborns appointments if they aren’t old enough for insurance yet. They then say it’s not up to them to help you get a refund once you have insurance for your newborn. NEVER AGAIN.
