Our small condo building (100+ years old) in downtown Chicago has used CHJ’s business partner (Wojtek at Voy-Tech) for a number of varied projects (new concrete parking area, exterior siding repair and re-staining, exterior brick replacement, and tree removal). Good folks, excellent work, and very fair prices. We’ll continue to use them for all our upcoming projects.

CHJ just completed a total do over of our 60 year old garage. Repairing, patching and sanding our walls, ceiling and doors. Change out of all electrical outlets, light switches and new LED ceiling lights. And last but not least a complete fixing of our old pock marked and chipping floor with new colored epoxy.
