CHJ, once again, knocked it out of the park with their high quality of work, painting, and careful preparation to protect the furniture, floors, and rooms not getting painted. Chris and his team are always very polite and accommodating. We trust them and know they will always give us a fair quote for their work. They will continue to be our go-to for our home improvements. Our small condo building (100+ years old) in downtown Chicago has used CHJ’s business partner (Wojtek at Voy-Tech) for a number of varied projects (new concrete parking area, exterior siding repair and re-staining, exterior brick replacement, and tree removal). Good folks, excellent work, and very fair prices. We’ll continue to use them for all our upcoming projects.
