Absolute gem of a gym. It's small, but incredibly well laid out with all the machines and space you could need. It's never over-crowded, has great hours of operation and Milo and his trainers are incredibly knowledgable and helpful. If you want to get fit, this is the place to do it. I'd still be a member if my workplace hadn't added a free gym membership to our perks - I hated having to cancel but Milo made it super easy.
