I highly recommend CHIX GARAGE! The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Everyone was professional, honest, and easy to work with. The mechanic did a phenomenal job, taking the time to explain everything and making sure the work was done right. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust, but CHIX GARAGE exceeded my expectations. Great service, quality work, and fair treatment. I will definitely be back and recommend them to others!
Got the 60k service done on the Lexus. Very professional and low overhead to keep my cost down. About 1/3 of what the Lexus dealer wanted.
2 years ago, I brought my Jeep to have the clutch repaired, which they did. The clutch is making a loud noise for the past 2 weeks and needs to be redone. I called them to see if they can take some of the cost since it has driven about 500 miles and it is abnormal that a clutch needs replacement so early. They just criticized the poor quality of the hardware that used and that it has only 1 year warranty. Therefore they are not responsible for the problem.
