I have been going to Dr. Tam for over ten years and I still get compliments for my teeth. My teeth have been clean and healthy thanks to their efforts!

I just went for a routine cleaning, and they billed $456 to my insurance company!!! When I questioned the charges, they reversed the claim to $256 and said… “ Ok I have reversed it. Therefore you are not being charged any exam at all. ” So exam was $200??!!! UPDATE: I filed a complaint through RCDSO and the dentist responded to them (not me). When I questioned the charges, they reversed the claim to $256 and said… “ Ok I have reversed it. Therefore you are not being charged any exam at all. ” So exam was $200??!!! Now that I’m checking their statement more closely, back in August 2024, they billed $522 for my son’s routine cleaning. This includes $178 exam fee and x-rays.
