I just went for a routine cleaning, and they billed $456 to my insurance company!!! When I questioned the charges, they reversed the claim to $256 and said… “ Ok I have reversed it. Therefore you are not being charged any exam at all. ” So exam was $200??!!! UPDATE: I filed a complaint through RCDSO and the dentist responded to them (not me). I have been seeing Dr. Tam for almost 20 years. He and his wife Betty are amazing. Because of him believe it or not I actually enjoy going to the dentist, and I travel 60Km each way because I want to see him and no one else.
