Tried calling during office hours 10+ times over the course of two weeks, no one picked up the phone once. When my issue became worse I came to schedule an appointment in person. Time sensitive nature of the issue notwithstanding, was told that the soonest they'd be able to see me would be in three weeks. Zero caring for client time well-being.
Front desk is great. Linda, if someone comes in and says how their hearing is being affected, try harder to not dismiss them. Every person should be treated as an individual.
