This review is for his assistant CATHERINE or with a K. She was just lacking in patient care skills, no compassion or empathy. Maybe because she is young, but that's no excuse! Dr Chiu comes into the exam room with her (this is in the West Covina office) explaining my blood work results. I asked him what can I do about it, his response was nothing.
