Doctor Reddy listened to all of my concerns very carefully. Then she explained to me what other things could be going on with me. Kind of giving me a big picture. She was very thorough. Ran tons of blood test to pinpoint my issues. I love this doctor. She’s caring, loving, and professional.
Negligent and dismissive
I like Dr. Reddy in the exam room, but the quality of care with the privacy and accuracy of my medical records and making sure my medication gets filled properly and on time was really lacking. She would hold a medication I need to survive hostage unless I came to unnecessarily see her every three months. I told her I can't afford to take off work for unnecessary appointments and she told me I could go elsewhere.
