The first company to come out to quote an urgent leaking roof at my townhouse. They were warned twice via phone that the roof was very high, however on arrival they were unable to access it and said "usually there would be scaffolding setup for us". It was dry and not raining when they attended. The two gentlemen were very polite and professional. Big thanks to Andrew Monti and Zaid for getting our remedial plumbing works completed. Not many companies would come back out and fix other people’s work, but these boys did a great job.
