Stellar group of people! Randal in sales is as amenable as it gets. He really helps make a smooth sale happen, digs deep to get you the best deal, and knows his product line better than anyone. Maurice in Tech/Checkout is an immense composite of User knowledge, gives a smooth hand-off to New Owners, and is a great 'Explainer'. Nobody's perfect so they get a 9.9999 out of 10!
We bought an RV from this place, had a good transaction....BUT when it needed parts and service, that's a different story. Dan the Service Manager there was a jerk, I called on his lunch break and he was condescending and was not wanting to do his job. He handed my call to a parts guy, telling him "this guy thinks I'm a jerk". I was going to buy another $70K 5th wheel from them, but I'll take my business elsewhere. I'd recommend you take your business elsewhere as well.
