Who's ever the front desk lady is. She's very disrespectful and rude also she's a liar and apparently doesn't stick to what she says and doesn't do a good job at all. We have been told be her at 7 am this morning that we would be able to auto pay our bill and she would be glad to help us and she was supposed to be only 30 minutes and she would call us back and she never did so when it became 10 we tried to call and she never answered so I used my phone and called and she answered and told us a bunch of excuses and she could ... read more
