The plumber replaced the bath plug in the bathroom and left the job unprofessionally finished, without adding silicon materials / coating back around the panel to fix it in its position again after removing it to gain access the under bath area to replace the plug. I had to complain several times for him to come back to the property and finish his job, which was very frustrating. Courtesy was close to nil. I agreed with Daniel that he would replace a tap in my bathroom for a fixed price. After he failed to complete this job, he tried to charge me for his time more than double the price we agreed. He said that it was not his fault that the panel could not be removed. He should have called me if he wanted to change the way he charge me for his (undelivered) services (i.e. based now on time spent at the property) but he didn't.
