Front desk isn't good, they are especially terrible With transfer records, tell you one thing over the phone and something different in person. Bad policies on flea med prescriptions.
Not a good a place if you need recurring prescriptions. Front desk is incompetent. Practice manager cant even bother to check her own business cards. Two phone numbers listed, both were mistyped.
Never again. Let me start with they changed their policy on prescription never sent out a notice. Now they will not send a script or fill any prescriptions unless it's through chewy. I don't use chewy because I had a prescription with them that took 7 months to fill. My husband called the office to get a paper script for anti flea medication. They said the paperwork would be ready in the afternoon . When I showed up it wasn't ready and that's when they informed me that they no longer will write paper Scripts but they would d... read more
