Employee named Ashlynn answered a phone call from my 77 year old mother about an account. My mother has been a customer for 27 years. When the employee thought the call was over they processed to berate and belittle my mom using profanity and other extremely vulgar terms. If this person is a manager I can only imagine what’s allowed there on a day to day basis. This is by far one of the worst banks I have ever been to I share an account with my boyfriend It was his account 1st but he added me as an authorized user and I have as much control over the account as he does and every time I go to this bank they are very rude and treat me as if I have no say with the accou stay with the account if I could and had any say I would absolutely not bank here.

I've had terrible experience with this bank. Horrible rude service every time. I use to have an account here, but pulled it to a different bank due entirely to rude employees. Why the heck would anyone working for a bank think it's ok to be rude to customers.
