Not very good at communication. Fails at returning phone calls or direct email's in a timely manner. That was my experience in dealing with the vice president. Good luck.
Greatest bank in town and I include all of Wichita. I have banked here since 1976 and wouldn't think of going to another bank. If you're getting the best already, why would you go somewhere else? I know I haven't. This bank has always been there when I needed it. You know the bank doesn't run by itself, its all the great people that work there that make it what it is and what it always has been.
