I have Tendinopathy, Tenosynovitis, Chronic Acute Plantar Fascitis, a Synovial Cyst, a Bone Spur, and three sprains in different ligaments in my right foot. Dr. Moore wanted me to go to weeks of therapy in pain before he would do surgery. He said, "Put your feet up and ice them."
