I have spent a few short stays here. As with anywhere you hope for a good dr that listens. I had one that i did not appreciateat all but the other were good. The majority of staff are good and caring. Only had one major incident they should have and could have reacted quicker and better to. Otherwise a great safe place with a small in patient capacity to be while your at your low point.

In 2018, I spent 6 weeks at Chisholm Ross, when I experienced psychosis. It was the best thing for me and I met some wonderful people. I initiated activities and created fun for other patients. When I left, I wanted to pursue employment there, because I could see first hand the potential. Talking, socialising and fun activities can dramatically improve mental health.

Aside for that, this place is meant to be a place to get better mentally... 🙄What daily activities or even me... read more
