This place is very old and not well taken care of. There are much better options on and off campus for more money. I would never let my collage age children stay here.
The rooms are spacious even though it sleeps 3 you still have plenty of room

I stayed here my freshman year as a “budget friendly “ option and if you are on any other floor than the first you are likely to have an awful time. I would rather do guad or chap. There is mold here due to poor ventilation and the fire alarms are very true.
